Hi, i went with my 20 year old cousin for my 18th birthday this year. I must say it was a fantastic holiday. We stayed in Havanna, owned by 3 brothers, Timos, Stellios and Nikos. Very very friendly blokes. They owned the pool and pool bar which is AMAZING! brilliant snack menu and very very good selection of drinks, alcoholic and non alcoholic. Pool is fantasticly clean. The appartmeants owned by kosmar arnt fantastic, very very basic but the pool and pool bar made the difference. Timos speaks very good English, and is a sound guy overall. Thursday night is Greek night, 10 euros for a FANTABULOUS meal, food made from his own farm. Gooooorgeous meat. Also you can have a greek dance which is very entertaining and very sociable, especially when your drunk lol. We started off our nights their, cheap drinks after all. The clubs in Laganas are great, but beware of the little tramps on the streets wanting your money, they are thieves trying to pick pocket you. Anyways, beach in my opinion was the big letdown, from the sea to the start of the sand its about the size of a road, and its very dirty sand. But other than that the rest was great. I think kosmar are unloyal to their customers in most respects, our rep seemed to not care about the guests. I recommend Havanna to any age group. It is a fantastic place to stay, dont worry about leaving your appartment at night, the 3 brothers alongside an undercover policeman do not take any stick of outsiders lol. Again, vry recommended.

I stayed here for a week from 29th-5th sept and thought it was excellent. it is owned by 3 brothers who are very friendly and good fun, most people that go here are young. The pool is one of the cleanest in the whole of Laganas and the apartments itself are really nice-bit small but everything you need. I recommend this place to anyone.
